Please be aware that although restrictions have been eased within the wider community, we still need to adhere to tighter restrictions within our practice to minimise the risk to our most vulnerable patients. Could we therefore ask all patients to only enter the surgery if you have a pre-booked appointment. These must be made online, or by telephone.
All GP appointments will take place by telephone unless the GP decides that you need to attend for a physical examination, in which case the GP will give you an appointment time to attend the practise in person.
Please always wear a face covering and use the hand sanitiser provided when you enter the surgery. If you do not wear a face covering, it will not be possible for a clinician to attend to you.
Repeat prescription requests can be dropped in the big red post box on the outer wall of the surgery; however we encourage you to sign up for online services so that you can order your medication electronically.
All of the above measures will remain in place until there is no longer a risk to vulnerable patients.
Finally, many patients have enquired about flu vaccine appointments. Unfortunately we can only book these appointments once we are given a delivery date for the vaccine. We will be inviting eligible patients to this clinic once appointments are available
